Built-on balconies

Built-on balconies are narrow, cost-effective ways to extend living space for new buildings or as part of retrofitting. Installation only requires two load-bearing supports attached to brackets at the front and wall anchors for safe load transfer in masonry or concrete.

Add-on balconies

The free-standing balcony construction for retrofitting stands on four supports in front of the façade and is anchored securely to the building structure using fastening elements. It is the ideal solution for total renovation.

Stacked balconies

Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication in the workshop, aluminium stacked balconies are solutions that offer particularly high cost and time savings. Designed as built-on or add-on balconies, their inner supports ensure that the façade's appearance is uniform and harmonious.
