Object description
Object description
The elegant building, named Vivaldi Tower, is the site of a financial services company. The architect is the world famous British architect, Lord Foster. It provides a feature on the southern route into the city, which can be seen for miles around. The 24-storey complex is divided into two 12-metre wide, unsupported cuboids with an access core in between. This arrangement admits as much natural light as possible. The external façades of the towers are visually supported by the striking diagonal crosses of the main building. The north-facing sides are fully glazed for an undisturbed view of Amsterdam, located to the north of the building.
