Object description
Object description
This newbuild was developed by Denker & Wulf AG in a prominent location in Sehestedt, thirty metres above the Kiel Canal. The striking, angled hape of the building reflects and extends the existing topography of the location. At the same time, the interlocking wings of the building and the large, flowing, dynamic glass surfaces express the philosophy of this company, which is active in the wind energy industry. The meeting rooms are situated at each of the bevelled ends of the building “brackets”. Logically, the offices are generally located on the picturesque canal side, and the adjoining rooms are on the side facing away from the water. However, on this side of the newbuild, the angled geometry creates a welcoming gesture for visitors arriving at reception and in the car park. This side is divided across a central hall into the different zones of the impressive office building, a clear example of successful CI architecture.
