Stronger than steel

The 400 saw heads of the steel profile double mitre saw are continuously tilted by a servo motor with constant torque. With the CNC control, seven axes can be moved and the feed rate and cutting depth can be individually adjusted via the saw feed. The automatically opening protective cover enables safe working and a menu-guided operation creates comfort in handling.

Fabrication benefits

  • The 400 mm saw heads of the steel profile double mitre saw are continuously tilted by a servomotor with constant torque.
  • The CNC control system allows seven axes to be moved and the feed speed and cutting depth to be individually adjusted via the saw feed.
  • The automatically opening protective cover enables safe working and menu-guided operation makes it easy to use.
  • The brushless motor ensures a constant torque to reliably achieve the required performance.
  • The machine tool is particularly time-saving thanks to the use of two saw blades, which can be controlled individually.
