This creative decision, made in close cooperation with heritage conservationists, lends the complex a unique connection between the past and the future.

This is also evidenced by the BREEAM Excellent certification, which confirms the complex's excellent performance in different categories such as energy, ecology and materials – not least through the use of energy-efficient and Cradle to Cradle-certified window and façade systems from Schüco in the form of special constructions.
