It is an imposing, arch-shaped building, featuring a state-of-the-art technology. The south façades of the vaulted hall is realized with twin wall façade which assure the sunlight control. Where the building curves, a forward-sloping pipe serves as an entrance. Here, at the centre of the building, the architects have introduced a skylight, the additional light from which helps to create a pleasant atmosphere.
