Steel is its speciality

The steel saw is extremely stable and ideally suited for cutting large steel profiles and steel pipes. A hydraulically controlled feed not only saves manpower, but also ensures vibration-free cutting processes and keeps grinding costs low. Profiles can be clamped easily and without deformation and the spray device wets the saw blade with environmentally friendly oil so that no coolant drips out.

Fabrication benefits

  • The adjustment of the swivel range from 30° to 150° enables great flexibility with regard to miter cuts.
  • A hydraulically controlled feed not only saves manpower, but also ensures vibration-free cutting processes and keeps sanding costs low.
  • Profiles can be clamped easily and without deformation and the spraying device moistens the saw blade with environmentally friendly oil so that no coolant runs out.
  • The speed of the diameter can be set in four stages: 12, 24, 48 and 96 rpm.
