Get in smartly

The three-axis machine creates new possibilities in the production of aluminium profiles for windows and doors - at a small price. With the entry-level model, workpieces up to 2,900 millimetres long can be machined on three sides in a completely enclosed space and using a pneumatically rotating support table that enables mechanical clamping at intermediate angles. Flexibility is gained with the free configuration of the automatic tool changer and space is saved with the complete enclosure, which makes safety fences and light barriers superfluous.

Fabrication benefits

  • High flexibility thanks to free configuration in the automatic tool changer.
  • Machining versatility, including pre-head machining, thanks to the fully-fledged milling motor.
  • Intrinsically rigid machine board for high process reliability.
  • Possibility of processing two profiles in one load thanks to four manually movable clamping blocks.
  • 3-sided processing and angled drainage thanks to swivel table with mechanical clamping.
  • An enclosed processing area including an automatic hood replaces safety fences and light barriers.
  • Direct control from SchüCal or by self-programming.
