First class efficiency

The four-axis machine sets new standards in its category in terms of flexibility: tools are changed automatically, profiles that have already been cut to size can be milled, drilled, notched and threaded, and the division of the working area makes it possible to machine profiles in parallel during setup in shuttle operation. Pre-head and three-sided machining are carried out with maximum efficiency and at high positioning speed thanks to powerful direct drives. Aluminium and steel are comfortably machined with state-of-the-art technology - this always leads to excellent results.

Fabrication benefits

  • Powerful and flexible thanks to the 7.5 kW milling motor and the automatic tool changer.
  • Machining functions such as notching, milling, drilling and thread cutting can be carried out on profiles that have already been cut to size.
  • Effective direct drives and the latest digital technology enable the machine to be positioned at high speed.
  • The central lubrication system for the main axles minimizes maintenance work.
