The AF 500 ECO is another 5-axis CNC machine from Schüco. Its advantage: it combines the production steps of cutting and processing with an innovative ecological concept. Thanks to intelligent energy recovery, the machine is particularly sustainable. Its reduced energy requirement and the time savings resulting from the combination of cutting and processing in one machine create economic advantages for production and lead to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions in production, while the bumper design of the machine also enables simple and ergonomic loading and unloading. This openness eliminates the need for step protection mats and safety fences and creates maximum flexibility. With its predictive maintenance function, the Schüco AF 500 ECO machine already meets an important requirement of Industry 4.0. Thanks to integrated vibration measurement, comprehensive diagnosis of all important machine elements is possible at any time.
Schüco Carbon Control
Thanks to its innovative ecological concept, the Schüco AF 500 Eco minimises the CO2 footprint in production and is therefore part of Schüco Carbon Control. The modular range for property-specific decarbonisation of the building envelope offers products and services along all phases of a building's life cycle in order to reduce the carbon footprint of a property in a holistic way.
